Strategy Execution
Our framework of strategic alignment and strategy execution is heavily built around Jacques Kemp's TPE, the Towards Performance Excellence framework. This model is relatively new but has gained academic attention as well as corporate appreciation from Jack Welch and the likes. Highly practical, cutting out all the standard consultant jargon, TPE enables all managers to become effective executioners of high level strategies.
Strategy Formulation
When it comes to creating corporate, product or market strategies around the Internet, intranet, online communities and peer to peer networks we go beyond popular phrases such as web 2.0 or long tail. Executives not familiar with these terms will not feel at loss with our materials and executives who know these terms will recognize them as we formulate strategies in timeless words like market share or profit increase. While taking as many variables into the equation we keep our strategic formulas simple.
Our Expertise
To start with, consultants at Sky Concept Consultants have finished at least one Masters Degree and as we don't employ juniors or associates, our consultants have a minimum of 10 years experience in executive functions, and at least a couple of years in a multi-national company. With solid working experience in industries ranging from insurance or banking to airline and travel, consultants at Sky Concept Consultants are all e-Minded; note: this is not being IT minded. IT is as much useful a part of strategy as a door is useful to a building. IT is not a goal in itself, nor is it a driver of strategy. In an ideal world we would simply walk through walls – and we would do business without hard-,middle- and software.
